For God and Country, for Boynton Beach.

A home for veterans, their families and the community they served. Four families. One Legion. Eight decades of service.

Four Pillars of Service

Veterans Affairs · National Security · Americanism · Children & Youth

Since 1919, The American Legion has been the nation's largest wartime veterans service organization. Post 164 carries that legacy in Boynton Beach — through advocacy, mentorship, ceremony and the unglamorous work of showing up.

CHARTERED 1946

A Post where every veteran — and every family — has a place.

Post 164 is a meeting hall, a kitchen, a memorial, a motorcade, a scholarship committee, a color guard, and a phone tree. We bury our own with honors. We tutor kids in civics. We bring meals to widows. We ride for the fallen. Membership is open to all who served honorably during a qualifying period — and to the family members who served alongside them.
